Coral is a Mac app for people who run several coding agents at once.
Developers use Coral to never miss a waiting agent.
Coral watches every coding agent you run from your Mac’s notch. When one stops to ask you something, it shows up there, and you answer with one key.
For Mac. Your code stays on your Mac. Claude Code and Codex now, OpenCode next.
Try it. An agent is asking you something.
See all your agents at a glance.
Four agents in four terminals, one place to look. Coral adds a few points beside the notch: a ring for each agent, blue while it works.
Nothing else moves. Quiet at rest, so it stays out of your way.
Know the moment an agent is waiting on you.
When an agent stops to ask a question or for permission, the island widens and names the task. The amber number is how many are waiting.
If several ask at once, the one that has waited longest comes first. No more finding out twenty minutes later.
Answer without leaving what you’re doing.
Open the island and the question is right there, with the agent’s own options. Press 1, 2 or 3. The next one slides in.
Changed your mind? Nothing is sent for two seconds, so ⌘Z takes it back.
Or just say what you want.
Hold ⌥ and talk. Coral works out which agent should get it, shows you why, and sends it after two seconds. Press Esc to cancel.
You talk to Coral, not to each agent.
Remember what every agent is doing.
Coral keeps a short brief for each agent: the goal, what’s done, what it’s doing now, what’s next, and what you told it.
It stays current as the agent works, and it’s still there after you close the terminal.
Your code stays on your Mac.
- No Coral account
- No server that sees your code
- Voice recognized on your Mac
- iPhone messages encrypted end to end
- No ads, no tracking
Coral reads your agents’ sessions right where they are, and keeps its Briefs, history and memory on your Mac. When it needs an AI model, it uses your own Claude Code login, so nothing goes anywhere your agent doesn’t already send it.
Your iPhone gets short summaries, never transcripts, sealed so only your devices can read them. Our relay passes them along without being able to open them. Read the privacy policy.
Agents keep working while you sleep.
- Works on a new branch
- Commits before every handoff
- Stops at the spend cap you set
- Runs only commands you’ve allowed
Long tasks run out of room in one session. With Baton, when a phase is done or a session gets too long, the agent writes a handoff note and Coral starts a fresh session to carry on.
If an agent has a question while you sleep, Baton pauses that one and carries on with the rest. In the morning you get one report: what got done, every handoff, and anything waiting for you.
Stop approving the same command every day.
Coral notices what you keep allowing and offers to make it a rule for that folder. Rules cover every agent at once, and you can edit them in Settings.
It never offers a rule for destructive commands like rm -rf or a force push.
See what finished, and what it cost.
When an agent is done, you get a one-line summary, how long it took, how many files changed, and the cost.
Press D to see the diff or P to open a pull request.
Put your next step on a button.
Next to Show diff and Open pull request, add your own: Run tests, Ship it, Deploy preview. A button can run a script or an Apple Shortcut, and every Coral action is a Shortcuts action too.
Later Automations: when an agent finishes in shop/*, run the tests, and if they pass, open a pull request. No button needed.
Know when an agent is stuck.
Coral flags an agent that stops making progress, repeats the same error, or spends faster than you set. Peek at it, send it a note, or stop it.
Need to concentrate? Turn on focus, and only agents blocked longer than 15 minutes interrupt you. Finished tasks wait until you’re done.
Send an agent a screenshot.
Show it, don’t describe it. Paste with ⌘V or drag an image onto the island, and it goes to that agent with your reply.
Drop it on an agent’s icon to choose who gets it. Up to five images per message.
Step away. Your agents don’t have to wait.
In a meeting, out for coffee, on the train home? Questions reach your iPhone and Apple Watch, from the same inbox. Tap 1, 2 or 3 and the agent carries on.
Answers travel encrypted.

Nothing waiting? Coral goes quiet.
Once the last answer is in, the island says you’re all caught up and folds back into the notch.
And there’s more.
- History and resumeFind a closed session by what it was doing, and pick up where you left off.
- SoundsOne soft chime when an agent asks. Silent while you focus.

Pick who sits by your notch.
A small companion lives left of the notch. It stays still while your agents work and reacts when something happens: a question, an answer, a finished task. Or choose none and keep the Coral logo.
Works with the agents you already run.

Coral finds your sessions on its own, in Terminal, iTerm2 and Warp, and in the Codex app. Nothing to install per project, nothing to set up per folder.

Questions
Is my code private?
Yes. Coral runs on your Mac and has no server that sees your code. When it needs an AI model, it goes through your own Claude Code login, to the same place your agent already sends your code. Anything sent to your iPhone is encrypted end to end. The privacy policy has every detail.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s nothing to sign up for. Your iPhone pairs with your Mac by scanning a code, and no name or email is involved.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn’t decided yet. People on the waitlist hear first.
Which Macs?
macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon and Intel. Macs without a notch get the same island at the top of the screen.
Which agents and terminals?
Claude Code and Codex now, OpenCode next. Coral works in Terminal, iTerm2 and Warp, and with the Codex app.
Is it on the Mac App Store?
No. Coral needs terminal access the App Store sandbox doesn’t allow, so you download it from this site.
